Pull-Up Bar Installation Manual
1. Before installation, be sure to properly measure distance in doorframe orinstallation area. To begin installation,place pull-up bar on a table or other flatsurface. Ensure the anti-slip devices on both ends are firmly in place and will not rotate.
2. Grab pull-up bar from the middle position and rotate to extend just shy of the doorframe or installation area. Place pull-up bar within doorframe orinstallation area parallel to the floor and continue to rotate length outwards until pull-up bar is securely in place. Ensure that pull-up bar is even on both ends. To complete installation, hold the middle bar with both hands and continue to rotate/extend pull-up bar length until it no longer turns. Move black scale to SAFE(Blue) area and fasten the anti-slip lock.
